The staff is always very supportive and knowledgeable. Tonight I needed more puppy food since the brand that breeder recommended was coming a few days later than planned. It is not a brand that the store carries, but the associate was very helpful, looked up by the ingredients to recommended a product that would be more similar to the current diet of our pups. I appreciate his support! This is typical for this store and highly recommend that you visit!

Best service, best products and best personalized advice for your pet from the owner of the store. Can’t get that kind of treatment at any of the big box pet stores. Terry is a pleasure to do business with and is a wealth of information whenever I have a concern about my dogs. If you haven’t tried Terry’s yet you need to. You will be glad you did.
